Administration

 

Once the plan is installed, we will provide assistance in the periodic administration tasks for the plan.

•    determination of employer contributions
•    preparation of periodic valuation/allocation
•    reports (annually, quarterly or monthly)
•    performance of periodic testing for participation, coverage, top-heaviness, and anti-discrimination
•    preparation of periodic employee statements (annually, quarterly or monthly)
•    assistance with completion and filing of IRS 5500 series forms
•    preparation of summary Annual Report (or ERISA Disclosure Statement)
•    calculation of accrued vested and nonvested liabilities in accordance with FASB disclosure requirements (if applicable)
•    determination of premium payment and completion of PBGC Form 1 and Schedule A to fulfill requirements of the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation.
